Delivery

Works are delivered worldwide. Delivery may not be available to certain countries or regions.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate, based on whether the work is framed and on the destination. The rate does not vary with the value of the work. Dispatch costs are not included in the purchase price and are borne by the buyer.

Shipping is charged once per order, not per work. Where an order contains both framed and unframed works, only the framed rate applies. Insurance in transit is included in the rate.

Orders placed from Korea are shown and charged in Korean won, converted at the current exchange rate.

Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. If an order contains works with different delivery times, all items are sent together once the slowest item is ready.

Customs and import charges

For deliveries outside the European Union, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges incurred on arrival.

Oversized and unique works

Works requiring crating or a specialist art handler fall outside the rates above. In these cases the gallery arranges transport and quotes the cost separately before dispatch. Please contact us before ordering.

Risk of loss

Risk in the work passes to the buyer on delivery, whether or not the shipment was insured, except where the buyer has independently arranged transport with a carrier not designated by the gallery.
