환불·교환 정책
초이앤초이 갤러리(이하 “갤러리”)는 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」(이하 “전자상거래법”)에 따라 다음과 같이 주문 취소, 청약철회(반품), 교환 및 환불을 처리합니다.
1. 주문 취소
작품이 발송되기 전에는 언제든지 이메일 또는 전화로 주문을 취소할 수 있습니다. 취소 시 결제 대금 전액을 원래의 결제수단으로 환불합니다.
2. 청약철회(반품) — 한국 고객
- 전자상거래법 제17조에 따라 작품을 받은 날부터 7일 이내에 청약철회(반품)를 신청할 수 있습니다.
- 작품이 표시·광고 내용과 다르거나 계약 내용과 다르게 이행된 경우에는 작품을 받은 날부터 3개월 이내, 그 사실을 안 날 또는 알 수 있었던 날부터 30일 이내에 청약철회를 할 수 있습니다.
- 신청 방법: 이메일(info@choiandchoi.com) 또는 전화(+82 70 7739 8808)로 주문번호와 함께 반품 의사를 알려 주시면 반품 방법을 안내해 드립니다.
3. 청약철회가 제한되는 경우
- 이용자의 책임 있는 사유로 작품이 멸실되거나 훼손된 경우 (작품 확인을 위해 포장을 개봉한 경우는 제외)
- 이용자의 사용 또는 일부 소비로 작품의 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우 (예: 액자를 분해하거나 작품을 설치·부착한 경우)
- 시간이 지나 다시 판매하기 곤란할 정도로 작품의 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우
- 이용자의 주문에 따라 개별적으로 제작되는 작품(커미션·주문 제작)으로서, 청약철회가 제한된다는 사실을 사전에 고지하고 이용자의 동의를 받은 경우
4. 반품 배송비
- 단순 변심에 의한 반품: 반품 배송비(보험 포함)는 구매자가 부담합니다. 작품은 받은 상태 그대로, 원래의 포장재로 안전하게 포장하여 보내 주셔야 합니다.
- 작품 하자 또는 오배송: 반품 배송비는 갤러리가 부담합니다.
5. 환불
갤러리는 반품된 작품을 받은 날부터 3영업일 이내에 결제 대금을 환불합니다. 환불은 원래의 결제수단으로 이루어지며, 카드 결제의 경우 카드사에 따라 실제 환불 반영까지 며칠이 더 걸릴 수 있습니다. 환불이 지연되는 경우 전자상거래법에 따른 지연이자를 지급합니다.
6. 작품 하자 또는 오배송
작품이 파손되었거나 주문과 다른 작품이 도착한 경우, 작품을 받은 날부터 7일 이내에 사진(외부 포장, 내부 포장, 작품 상태)과 함께 이메일로 알려 주십시오. 갤러리는 반품 배송비를 부담하며, 구매자의 선택에 따라 교환(재고가 있는 경우) 또는 전액 환불해 드립니다. 이 7일은 신속한 처리를 위한 신고 기한이며, 위 2항의 법정 기간(3개월/30일)에 따른 권리는 그대로 유지됩니다.
7. 교환
에디션 작품의 경우 동일 작품의 재고가 있으면 교환이 가능합니다. 원작(유니크 작품)은 같은 작품이 없으므로 교환 대신 환불로 처리합니다.

Refund & Return Policy
This policy explains how CHOI&CHOI Gallery (초이앤초이 갤러리, the “Gallery”) handles cancellation, withdrawal, returns, exchanges and refunds.
1. Cancellation before shipping
You can cancel your order at any time before the work is shipped, by email or phone. We refund the full amount to your original payment method.
2. Customers in Korea — 7-day withdrawal
Under Article 17 of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, you may withdraw from the purchase within 7 days of receiving the work. If the work differs from its description or from the contract, you may withdraw within 3 months of receipt, or within 30 days of when you noticed or could have noticed the difference.
3. Consumers in the EU — 14-day right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the work.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. It is enough to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal: we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the work back or you have supplied evidence of having sent it back, whichever is earlier. You must send back the work without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the work (please insure it for its full value). You are only liable for any diminished value of the work resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.
Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to works made to your specifications or clearly personalised (commissioned works).

4. Return shipping costs
- Change of mind: the buyer pays the return shipping (including insurance). Please pack the work securely in its original packaging.
- Damaged or incorrect work: the Gallery pays the return shipping.
5. Refunds
Refunds go to the original payment method. For customers in Korea, we refund within 3 business days of receiving the returned work. For EU consumers, the 14-day rule in section 3 applies. Your card issuer may take a few extra days to show the refund.
6. Damaged or incorrect artworks
If a work arrives damaged, or you received the wrong work, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the outer packaging, the inner packaging and the work. The Gallery pays the return costs and, at your choice, exchanges the work (if another copy is available) or refunds you in full. This 7-day notice helps us claim with the carrier quickly; it does not reduce any statutory rights you have.
7. Exchanges
Editions can be exchanged for another copy of the same work if one is available. Unique works cannot be exchanged and are refunded instead.
